What: Holding a Christmas party and show for autistic children for the Autism Society of East Tennessee’s Smoky Mountain Friendship Club

Details: If anyone has someone autistic in their family they are invited to come and bring their whole family to The Comedy Barn® Theater in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., for FREE holiday fun and a Christmas show this Sunday, Dec. 4. The theater will have a coloring area for children, various free games and social activities for the children to enjoy and they can get their picture made with Santa starting at 3:15 p.m. The activities will be operated by teen volunteers from the Sevier County High School DECA Club. The special Comedy Barn® Show for autistic children will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Comedy Barn® cast is donating their time (not getting paid) to put on this special show.
There will be two love buses coming from Knoxville to The Comedy Barn® for the show if anyone from Knoxville needs a ride. Those on the bus can take a tour of the lights in Sevier County as well as coming to The Comedy Barn®. Those interested will meet at West Park Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. to ride to Sevier County. People are asked to please contact The Autism Society of East Tennessee at (865) 247-5082 if they wish to come on the bus. The Autism Society of East Tennessee is a community based organization that improves the lives of all persons impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders.
