Fall Brings More Than Brilliant Colors to Pigeon Forge this Autumn

Festive events, music, and Halloween-themed offerings await visitors and guests this fall.

 PIGEON FORGE, Tennessee (Aug. 22, 2024) – Pigeon Forge welcomes the fall season with festive offerings for the entire family. From free art contests and concerts, to fall festivals and Halloween-themed attractions, Pigeon Forge is the perfect place to land for fall break or a Smoky Mountains getaway.

Only six miles from the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge visitors are just a short drive away from brilliant fall colors in America’s most-visited national park. With an abundance of scenic drives, hiking trails, and camping options, the opportunities to experience autumn’s best colors are endless.

Pigeon Forge businesses also get into the fall spirit with harvest and Halloween decorations along with autumn flavors at area restaurants and distilleries. Among the festive décor, Scarecrow People welcome visitors this time of year at businesses throughout the city. Selfie fans can add to the fun with a scarecrow scavenger hunt to see how many Scarecrow People they can spot.

  • Crave Golf Club Halloween Craveyard Nights – 33 nights of Halloween at Crave Golf Club Sept. 27-Oct. 31 including themed miniature golf, painting contests, and a themed escape room.
  • Rocky Top Mountain Coaster Coasts & Goblins – Oct. 4-5, Oct. 11-12, Oct. 18-19, Oct. 25-26 featuring festive lights, goblins, and ghosts throughout the ride.
  • Pigeon Forge Halloween Spooktacular & Safety Day – Oct. 24 at the Pigeon Forge Community Center. Free trick-or-treating, games and safety demonstrations. Safety Day 3-7 p.m. Halloween Spooktacular 6-9 p.m.
  • Halloween Trick-or-Treat at The Island in Pigeon Forge – Oct. 31 free trick-or-treating for kids from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
