Festive Fall Fun Returns to Pigeon Forge

Festivals, Halloween-themed events, and new fall offerings await visitors and locals this season.

PIGEON FORGE, Tennessee (Sept. 13, 2023) – Pigeon Forge (Tennessee) ushers in fall with new ways to stay and play, and festive events to celebrate the changing seasons.

Pigeon Forge businesses get into the autumn spirit with harvest and Halloween decorations along with fall flavors at area restaurants and distilleries. Among the festive décor, Scarecrow People welcome visitors this time of year at businesses throughout the city. Selfie fans can add to the fun with a scarecrow scavenger hunt to see how many Scarecrow People they can spot.

While the Smoky Mountains are known for beautiful fall foliage, visitors don’t have to leave the city to see remarkable color. From The Smoky Mountain Wheel at The Island in Pigeon Forge, and alpine coasters, to the free Pigeon Forge Riverwalk, autumn’s splendor is the backdrop of all fun in Pigeon Forge.

  • Crave Golf Club Halloween Craveyard Bash – 13 days of Halloween at Crave Golf Club Oct. 18-31 including themed miniature golf, painting contests, and dance and costume competition.
  • Pigeon Forge Halloween Spooktacular & Safety Day – Oct. 27 at the Pigeon Forge Community Center. Free trick-or-treating, games and safety demonstrations. Safety Day 3-7 p.m. Halloween Spooktacular 6-9 p.m.
  • Halloween Trick-or-Treat at The Island – Oct. 31 free trick-or-treating for kids from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
