Housed in multiple buildings, the Dolly Parton Experience, opening in May, includes exhibits which span Dolly Parton’s iconic career, a look at the inspiration for and results of her biggest dreams, the importance of her family, and even a curated exhibit that highlights her signature style through the years. Dollywood’s 2024 lineup also includes a relaunch of the Lightning Rod coaster and three new shows—Trio Again, Sing Along with Dolly, and From the Heart.

The NERF Action Xperience, opening fall 2024, will be the second built in the U.S. and includes blaster battle zones, sports challenges, an obstacle course, a food and beverage area, and a retail store.

Also opening fall 2024, the Crayola Experience will feature 20 hands-on activities including name your own Crayola crayon color, personalized coloring pages, and melted wax art. It will be home to the world’s largest selection of Crayola products and souvenirs.

Titanic Frozen Custard & Chocolate Attraction is next door to the half-scale ship. The attraction includes Parisian décor with large-scale murals and a 40-foot-tall mosaic glass centerpiece. The menu features frozen custard (available via walk-up windows and indoor service), Dinstuhl’s chocolates, candies and souvenirs.

Space Race Adventures includes a virtual reality experience, mini golf, laser tag and go-kart racing, all in one location.

New properties opening in 2024 include Embassy Suites, Cambria Hotel, a 130-room Towneplace Suites, a 152-room Compass Suites, and Staybridge Suites. The lineup joins the Wayback boutique hotel (134 rooms) and Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort (302 rooms), both of which opened last year. Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa gets a room refresh for the new season, too.
